     Fox News has just learned that President Obama has arrived on the ground in Afghanistan to meet with President Karzai. The secret visit comes one year after the death of Usama bin Laden. He is there to sign a partnership agreement on the United States’ post-war role in Afghanistan from 2014-2024.
    
     Ed Henry reported that President Obama will also be addressing Americans around 7:30p ET though it is unclear where he will be delivering his remarks. This is his third unannounced trip to Afghanistan since taking office.
