     ''Hraparak'': The paper says it has learned from sources that President Serzh Sargsyan has meet with the leader of the Prosperous Armenia party (PAP), Gagik Tsarukyan, who was recently in Dubai on a visit.
According to the paper there was an agreement that PAP would vote in favor of the Government's tax package and approve Samvel Nikoyan and Edward Sharmazanov's (both representatives of the ruling Republican Party) candidacies as the speaker and vice speaker of the National Assembly.
