Floods in India displace millions

A boat carries flood relief materials as monsoon clouds surrounded the flood affected Gagalmari village in Assam state, India, Monday, July 2, 2012. The floods from monsoon rains in northeastern India killed dozens of people, with more than 2,000 villages inundated as rivers breached their banks, an official said Sunday.
