Matt O'Connor, 45, the owner of the Icecreamists in Covent Garden, London, has launched a new and very expensive product called the Vice Lolly which is made from Absinthe and Holy Water from Lourdes.
Because of the cost of the holy water, the price for this Vice Lolly is £18.58.
O'Connor says that he came up with the recipe, combining holy water with a highly alcoholic drink that was once banned in the UK because he "wanted to make a statement about religion".
Last year his ice cream parlour aroused much interest when it launched ice cream made from human breast milk.
